Guess I will go with the turkey bb sloppy joes. Something my kids would like, healthy and on my list of "to try".

It's a tough choice between 1 & 4... but my vote is for #1.
Although, I do wish she offered an alternative so we could use fresh mushrooms. I'm going to give the recipe a shot with fresh (maybe cooking them first, to get rid of the excess water?).

My vote is for #4 Betty's Cauliflower Casserole. I know I know, cauliflower?, but the ingredients make it sound so yummy and her blog about it says that people just love it. I haven't tried it yet, but am going to soon. I like her confidence and so she has my vote.
I have to vote for 2. Tara's Turkey Black Bean Sloppy Joes in Acorn Squash Bowls -- it sounds SO healthy and delicious, and maybe it'll be just the thing to get my husband over his irrational hatred of squash.
