Red pepper mashed potatoes sound like something hubby would love! Actually campfire omeletes do too, b/c that means we'd be out camping.

We make campfire omelettes at home all the time. Mostly when kids spend the night. The red pepper mashed potatoes sound great!! I'll be trying that out for sure!

Did anyone know that this is the same as yesterday. Is that on purpose or am I missing something?

These omelets are a BIG hit in my family, and we had them just last weekend at our family reunion. Fun to make, and tasty, too!
